We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- CABLE GRIPS & HANDLES (due to hygiene considerations)
- Electrical Supplies (safety regulations)
- Opened or used conditioning equipment
- Custom or special order items
Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery as they cannot be returned once opened.
The Return & Exchange Process
Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Receive Authorization
We’ll review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and attach the provided return label. Ship using the carrier specified in your authorization email.
Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after receipt), we’ll process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchange Shipping: We cover standard shipping costs for exchange items
- Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned without original packaging or with missing accessories
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or models of the same product type, subject to availability. If the item you want to exchange for is:
- Same price: No additional payment required
- Higher price: You’ll pay the difference plus any additional shipping
- Lower price: We’ll refund the difference
