Outdoor Gym Rigs – Galvanised

The Freestanding Galvanised Steel Modular Gym Rigs can be designed and configured to create the ultimate training space inside or outside your gym or facility.

Specification:

• Height: 2.45m
• Made using 75mm x 75mm, 9 gauge hot dipped galvanised steel
• Numbered Hole Identification
• Pair of Galvanised sandwich J cups supplied with every bay
• Galvanised Steel for grip and protection against the elements
• Design: Modular
• Must be bolted to the floor/ground/pads

Sizes:

• 2 Bays: Height 2.45m, Width 1.25m, Depth 1.25m
• 4 Bays: Height 2.45m, Width 4.35m, Depth 1.25m
• 6 Bays: Height 2.45m, Width 7.45m, Depth 1.25m
• 8 Bays: Height 2.45m, Width 10.5m, Depth 1.25m

Installation:

• Must be bolted to the ground. Galvanised expansion bolts included

Maintenance Tips:

• Regular Inspections: Check for any signs of wear, loose bolts, or damage.
• Cleaning: Wipe down the equipment periodically to remove dirt and debris.
• Touch-Ups: If the galvanised coating is scratched or damaged, apply a zinc-rich paint to prevent rust.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot dip galvanising is an excellent method for protecting steel but has aesthetic limitations. The Galvanised coat is not perfect like the powder coats and will vary and dull over time. Scratches, drips and runs are to be expected.
